KH Pay is a new digital credit or debit card that earns you valuable rewards on each transaction. We partner with our secure payments provider, Tandym, to offer this option at checkout that saves us money on processing fees. These savings are passed on to you, our loyal customers as points to be redeemed on future purchases.

A decision is available in as little as seconds without leaving our website and requires your name, phone, birthdate, social security number, address, email, and annual income. Our payments partner, Tandym, securely handles the review process and will email you with details for managing your account if approved. In addition to name, email, and birthdate, you're required to digitally connect your bank account via our secure partner, Plaid. Plaid is a trusted partner for apps like Venmo and Cash App as well as major banks. This usually takes less than a few minutes to complete and if successful you can use immediately.

During the application process, there is no hard credit pull* that is reported to the bureaus. If you are approved and open an account, a tradeline will be established.

A mobile phone number that can receive SMS texts is required to sign up and use KH Pay. At this time, you can not sign up with a land line phone.

KH Pay debit accounts are 100% interest and fee-free.

KH Pay credit accounts operate similarly to traditional credit cards – you will incur no fees or interest if you pay your statement balance in full prior to your due date. Payments of less than your statement balance will accrue interest on the remaining balance, and payments paid after your due date will result in a $10 late fee.

Similar to a credit card, you must at least make the minimum payment by each monthly due date in order to stay current. If your balance is less than $29, your minimum payment will be equal to your balance. Otherwise, your minimum payment will be the greater of $29 or 3% of your balance plus new interest and late payment fees. We will also add any past due amount to your minimum payment.

Similar to keeping your bank account on file with a utility company, we require you to connect your bank account online which we securely charge at the time of each transaction you make. There’s no need to make any additional payments as it’s all automatic at the time of checkout, and payments from your bank to the merchant, via Tandym, are completed within 1-3 days.

The maximum order amount for credit purchases varies based on your spending power. Tandym provides credit accounts with spending power up to a maximum of $5,000.

The maximum order amount for debit purchases requires your connected bank account to have the available amount equivalent to the purchase amount, up to a maximum of $10,000.
