1. Scope
- If you have additional Tandym-powered accounts at other merchants, the terms and conditions for this program do not apply to those accounts.
2. How do I earn rewards?
- We may, from time to time at our discretion, supplement the rewards benefit by offering bonus rewards for certain purchases. In such cases, the total rewards offered for such purchases will be noted on the relevant product page or during checkout, and this section will apply to the rewards benefit inclusive of any bonus rewards.
- We reserve the right to remove any person from the rewards benefit in the event of any fraud or abuse in connection with the benefit. We reserve the right to discontinue or alter the terms of the rewards benefit at any time.
Certain products may be excluded from the rewards benefit. Those products include, but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Digital currency or cryptocurrency
3. How do I redeem rewards?
- Please allow up to two billing cycles for your earned rewards points to be credited to your account. In most cases, rewards points will be credited to your account within 24-48 hours.
4. Do my rewards expire?
- Please note, the points expiration policy for this program may differ from that of other merchant programs powered by Tandym.
