Meet JC Pay, the most rewarding way to shop at Jordan Craig. JC Pay is our own branded payment method, similar to a Target Circle Card or Kohl’s Charge Card. When you open an account, you’ll earn rewards at a 2X rate on purchases and unlock additional perks, incentives, and benefits.

Signing up is fast and easy, and the program is available to everyone. Clout you earn with JC Pay will be deposited into your existing Friend of the Program account.

Friend of the Program remains available for customers who choose not to open a JC Pay account.

What is happening to Friend of the Program?
We’re adding a new element to Friend of the Program called JC Pay.
What is JC Pay?
JC Pay is our own payment method just like a Target RedCard or Kohl’s Charge Card — but specific to Jordan Craig. Customers who choose to adopt and use JC Pay will earn more rewards and unlock additional benefits. Learn more about the benefits of JC Pay.
What happens to my existing Friend of the Program Clout?
Nothing. There is no impact to Clout you’ve already earned, and there is no impact to their value when you redeem them.
Will my Friend of the Program Clout be worth less when I redeem?
No. The redemption rate for Clout remains the same: 250 Clout = $5.
Are there any changes to Friend of the Program?
No. The tier structure and qualification criteria remains unchanged. You’ll still get to take advantage of special offers like double Clout days and sneaky good stuff, too.

What are the benefits of signing up for JC Pay?
JC Pay customers will earn Double Clout for all purchases they make with JC Pay. Additionally, there are offers and incentives specific to JC Pay that will be made available for account holders.
Is JC Pay a credit card?
JC Pay is a digital store card, similar to programs like the Target Circle Card or Kohl’s Charge Card. You can choose the JC Pay product that is best for you — either apply for a credit card or link and pay directly out of your bank account.
Is JC Pay available for everyone?
Yes. If you don’t want or are not eligible for a JC Pay Credit account, you can still open a JC Pay Debit account and link your bank account to take advantage of the program. Please note that you must be over the age of 18 and must reside in the United States to join JC Pay.

If I open a JC Pay account, where will I find my Clout?
Clout earned through JC Pay can be found in the same Clout bank as your existing Friend of the Program account. You can always view your up-to-date balance by logging in here.
How do I redeem Clout earned through JC Pay?
You can redeem Clout earned through JC Pay in the same manner as you redeemed Clout earned through Friend of the Program in the past. The redemption experience is unchanged.
What if I have an existing Friend of the Program rewards Clout balance?
Not a problem! Clout earned in both Friend of the Program and JC Pay are managed in the same Clout bank. If you have an existing Friend of the Program balance and open a JC Pay account, any Clout earned with JC Pay will simply be added to your existing Clout balance.
What if I open a JC Pay account but don’t complete my purchase using JC Pay?
You’ll earn Clout at the rate consistent with your Friend of the Program rewards tier. You must use JC Pay to take advantage of the 2X Clout multiplier.
